  • Negotiate to maximize relationship profitability based on customer risk profiles
  • Prepare credit applications with high-quality risk assessment, credit structure, due diligence, and credit presentation
  • Oversee account management to ensure appropriate monitoring and compliance with guidelines and limits
  • Renew credits in a timely manner
  • Refer customers to business partners across Business Banking and TDBG
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and non-standard or high-risk transactions and activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience and/or Associate Program
  • Experience working as a professional accountable for origination of new business and relationship management of existing customers for the Commercial Business segment
  • Ability to manage a portfolio with moderate cash management, deposit and credit complexity requirements
  • Credit acumen and ability to interpret and analyze customer financial statements
  • Knowledge of products, sales, services, credit management practices and processes, methods and operating standards
  • Ability to solve problems of moderate complexity and recommend new product and service solutions
  • Knowledge of the market and industries within the portfolio
  • Ability to identify referral opportunities across business lines and segments
  • Ability to work under moderate guidance and supervision
  • Ability to build stakeholder alignment and provide advice to customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in compliance with regulatory and operational risk requirements
  • Ability to comply with Bank and industry Code of Conduct
