About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide ongoing commercial customer service, documentation, and loan system support as liaison for Relationship Teams on assigned accounts
- Manage and process overdrafts and prepare packages for review within required audit and credit-policy timeframes
- Manage financial reporting requirements, including financial request letters, tracking, and scanning
- Manage and assist with covenant compliance processing for Credit Management approval
- Track receipt and scanning of insurance certificates
- Review and track Relationship Manager reports and follow up on delinquencies, maturities, and financial or loan exceptions
- Monitor Good Faith Reports
- Ensure new loans, renewals, and modifications are correctly booked and scanned in TD systems
- Assist with deposit and loan account transfers between Relationship Managers and monitor correct Relationship Manager assignments
- Assist with loan payoffs
- Add Salesforce/nCino entities and opportunities, researching data and ensuring accuracy
- Process and monitor servicing requests
- Process advances, internal transfers, paydowns, and payments in LT with proper authorization
- Process and track fees
- Scan credit and loan information to DocMan
- Complete T&E expense reports and process invoices for payment
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and assist with loan closings, closing conditions, and closing packages
- Upload and track financial statements
- Support reporting on loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence, pipelines, and loan closings
- Prepare correspondence and provide customer transaction support
- Serve as initial customer service contact and research complex customer requests or transactions
- Interact with external customers and provide notary services as needed
- Assist the Relationship Team with clearing and managing exceptions
- Mentor Commercial Sales Associates
- Assist with procedure and process-flow development and recommendations
- Generate and distribute daily and monthly reports to the Relationship Management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2+ years related experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, loan documentation and administration requirements, and legal and regulatory guidelines
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending policy and procedures, including lending authority, loan structures, risk ratings, loan to value ratio and related information
- Strong knowledge of commercial rate changes, billing processes, reading transaction histories, explaining late fees and interpreting technical details of loan systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review large amounts of detailed documents for accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC skills required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Relationship Team systems and software
- Ability to multitask and learn new tasks and systems quickly
- Ability to provide notary services as needed
- Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including continuous sedentary work, multitasking, operating standard office equipment, concentration, reading, writing, comprehending instructions, and basic arithmetic
