About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage booking, validation, and settlement of equity trades across APAC markets
  • Support trade matching and settlement processes, including CTM
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of post-trade activities
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks and settlement discrepancies through resolution
  • Escalate issues while adhering to risk and control standards
  • Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, and custodians
  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries across global regions
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in equities operations or post-trade support
  • Strong knowledge of cash equities (required)
  • Familiarity with APAC settlement and clearing processes
  • Experience in an investment banking or custody environment preferred
  • Exposure to securities lending advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high-volume workflows with accuracy and urgency
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; macros a plus
  • Experience with Broadridge Gloss or similar systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
