About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage booking, validation, and settlement of equity trades across APAC markets
- Support trade matching and settlement processes, including CTM
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of post-trade activities
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks and settlement discrepancies through resolution
- Escalate issues while adhering to risk and control standards
- Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, and custodians
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries across global regions
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of experience in equities operations or post-trade support
- Strong knowledge of cash equities (required)
- Familiarity with APAC settlement and clearing processes
- Experience in an investment banking or custody environment preferred
- Exposure to securities lending advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows with accuracy and urgency
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; macros a plus
- Experience with Broadridge Gloss or similar systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
