About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead organization design strategies aligned with the bank’s goals
  • Design and implement agile-based “Next Evolution of Work” organizational structures
  • Partner with HR business partners, business leaders, and stakeholders on restructuring and role evolution recommendations
  • Analyze and optimize organizational structures and communicate recommendations to senior leaders
  • Build and mentor a world-class team of organization design consultants
  • Integrate change management through communication, stakeholder management, colleague engagement, adoption, and sustainment
  • Use metrics, workforce analytics, and feedback to assess structural effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain job architecture, including titles, levels, and career pathways
  • Ensure quality and consistency of organization effectiveness methodologies, standards, health checks, job evaluations, and capability models
  • Provide advice, challenge, and support to optimize business performance and achieve organizational effectiveness goals
  • Link strategic advice with execution and measurable business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of relevant domain experience, ideally within financial services
  • University degree in HR, organizational development, business management, or a related discipline
  • Expert-level experience in organization design practices and methodologies
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and organizational design for agile-based organizations
  • Expert consulting skills in problem solving, qualitative and quantitative data synthesis, critical analysis, and executive-level reporting and presentations
  • Experience managing complex projects and change management initiatives
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to present actionable recommendations to senior leaders
  • Proven ability to develop, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Track record of thought leadership, continuous improvement, and innovation
  • Results-oriented project management skills and high attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations within banking is advantageous
