About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct financial analysis of existing and potential borrowers
- Support the Lending and Credit functions of the Bank
- Research industry specific information from outside sources
- Participate in Customer meetings and inquiries based on prior research
- Perform underwriting analysis of Borrower's character, credit worthiness and financial condition
- Provide analytical support for the lending function
- Prepare insightful and timely approval memorandums
- Analyze financial statements, management profiles, and assess credit risk
- Maintain credit files and monitor data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of credit and financial analysis techniques
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Developed PC skills including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation
