Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required (JD/LLB)
- Admission to the Bar in good standing and licensed to practice law in Canada
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Well-developed understanding of the Mortgages Act, the Land Titles Act, the Residential Tenancies Act, Teraview, title insurance, real estate conveyancing, Power of Sale & Foreclosure process, and real estate enforcement litigation in Ontario
