Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Admission to the Bar in good standing and licensed to practice law in Canada
  • 8+ years relevant experience
  • Well-developed understanding of the Mortgages Act, the Land Titles Act, the Residential Tenancies Act, Teraview, title insurance, real estate conveyancing, Power of Sale & Foreclosure process, and real estate enforcement litigation in Ontario
