About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administers and retains assigned accounts, including trusts, estates, personal retirement and agency relationships
- Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with clients to determine their financial goals and objectives and develops comprehensive financial strategies and plans
- Achieves assigned sales goals by developing internal and external networks, obtaining referrals from clients, and expanding and deepening current relationships
- Participates in presentations to individual and institutional clients to provide information on a variety of tax and financial planning services
- Monitors clients' accounts, resolving problems and communicating with internal and external contacts for real estate, legal, tax and asset management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 5+ Years of related experience
- Thorough knowledge of wills, estate, trust and investments
- Financial professional designation preferred
- Proven sales ability, including successfully attracting new clients
- Attention to detail
- Strong execution skills and action oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinker with flexibility and ability to think out of the box
