About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and perform data analysis across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and performance insights that inform decision-making.
  • Apply business analysis techniques (e.g., root-cause analysis) to identify control gaps & data inefficiencies.
  • Translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable insights that support governance, control, and risk outcomes through building reports, interactive dashboards, etc.
  • Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities to continuously improve governance, control, and risk management processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Contribute to modernization and optimization initiatives by leading automation, standardization, and best-practice adoption across Governance & Control programs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical & Data Fluency: Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong asset.
  • Business Analysis Expertise: Strong ability to analyze data, understand trends, and build recommendations for decision making.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to assess business challenges and identify opportunities to drive improvement.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to translate data into compelling story, driving insights & recommendations.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Governance & Risk Awareness: Familiarity with control programs (RCM, SOX, RCSA) is a plus.
