- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC)
- Willingness to complete the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within 36 months from start date
- Advanced understanding of banking and credit services products
