About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with an experienced and knowledgeable Account Executive.
- Support Account Executives with developing and implementing marketing support and solicitation programs, such as cold calling, prospecting, and attending industry events.
- Develop relationship management skills by assisting clients with their business plans and offering customized financial solutions that meet the needs of their individual operations.
- Keep on top of competitive developments, environmental market trends, essential economic conditions within the equipment financing industry.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have an undergraduate degree or working towards an undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting or experience within the commercial lending industry.
- Relevant sales and/or customer relationship management experience;
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team-driven environment;
- Demonstrates a commitment to being customer-centric by ensuring a legendary service is provided during every customer interaction to maximize retention and growth;
- Sound ability to develop a business sales development strategy;
- Possesses considerable initiative and ability to build relationships;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to excel at administration and be exceptionally well organized;
- Bilingual – French/English;
