Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project
Provides leadership and collaborates with stakeholders including business, technology and finance partners
Support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies and systems across single or multiple Lines of Business
Works independently but receives assistance from more senior levels
Coaches other team members as appropriate within area of expertise
Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners
Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
3+ years of related experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
Exceptional active listening skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
