About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Target brokers, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence who can generate referrals
- Receive sales-focused training that will strengthen your selling skills and credit knowledge
- Work using a sales management system specifically designed to support your success through our sales channel
- Work closely with your Sales Manager, including making joint sales calls and conducting monthly coaching sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly motivated candidate with initiative and exceptional sales skills
- Independent, self-directed professional with a knack for developing new business relationships in a competitive, ever-changing market
- Someone with excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and client relationship management skills
- Preferably, a candidate with strong knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process
- Post-secondary education is an asset
