About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completes tasks assigned by Claims Advisors to assist in investigation and settlement of claims
- Interacts with vendors, insureds, and witnesses
- Prioritizes and manages workload to meet service level agreements
- Contributes to business objectives for operational excellence
- Supports documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Identifies and participates in process improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior claims experience
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
- College/University degree
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel with limited notice
