About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides advice, guidance and support to Risk Owners (businesses and corporate functions)
Supports all activities related to Canadian Privacy's Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) activities
Identifies issues and supports the management of privacy controls
Supports TD's data strategy and strategic data initiatives
Maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and be an ambassador for TD's privacy program
Lead/support special projects, as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
3+ years relevant experience in a Legal, Compliance and/or Risk Management function
Ability to understand and interpret complex laws and regulations
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Previous privacy experience, including a designation with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), would be considered an asset
