About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support trading and sales desks with accurate and timely trade capture across multiple systems
  • Ensure all trades are correctly recorded and reflected in front office platforms
  • Monitor trade flows and assist in resolving STP (Straight‑Through Processing) issues
  • Investigate trade discrepancies, risk exposures, and P&L breaks
  • Respond to ad‑hoc trade queries and client-related inquiries
  • Perform data analysis and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Generate client analytics and business reporting for trading and sales desks
  • Monitor business risk to ensure adherence to policy and risk limits
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and global stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support regulatory and audit requirements, ensuring timely remediation of findings
  • Participate in and drive process improvement, automation, and infrastructure initiatives
  • Escalate key risks and issues to management in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Fixed Income
  • Strong understanding of fixed income products and trade lifecycle
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
