About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the end-to-end development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance procedures, resources, and communications.
- Perform secondary-level quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Apply critical thinking and data analysis to validate alignment between processes, procedures, and system outputs, ensuring reliable data for quality review.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, strengthen controls, and streamline operations.
- Act as a Quality Assurance subject matter expert (SME), supporting the design and implementation of scalable solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Assess support requests, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective, practical solutions.
- Coordinate QA and compliance-related activities to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Support leadership through trend analysis, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making and performance management.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL to develop efficient reporting solutions and optimize data workflows.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team capability and efficiency.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, risks, and exceptions.
- Foster a positive, ethical, and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, processes, and QA programs, providing actionable recommendations.
