About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the creation and enhancement of development frameworks across compliance
  • Develop and maintain critical services supporting deployments
  • Create policies and standards for development contributions
  • Lead knowledge transfer with development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 7+ years related experience required
  • Strong hands-on experience in back-end development technologies and frameworks
  • Experience with Java RESTful services (Spring boot)
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with message queue technologies (Kafka)
  • Experience in event-based architecture
  • Knowledge of Big Data technology (Databricks, ADLS)
  • Strong experience with object-oriented programming mainly in Java
  • Hands-on experience with integration projects involving multiple systems and platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of data strategy, governance, and integration
  • Ability to analyze complex trading, order, and market data
