About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides business operations and application support for Consumption capabilities and business processes in support of TD Data Cloud Platform
- Manages a diverse portfolio of business application and operations management activities
- Ensures timely and effective business support for operations and application project delivery and change initiatives
- Provides input on strategies, roadmaps, forecasts and supports management relationships with technology, business consumers
- Responsible for intake of projects and major initiatives
- Responsible for day to day operations process management to ensure consistency
- Reviews requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working directly with data and the underlying usage
- Microsoft Azure experience is a benefit
- Working knowledge of Agile (SCRUM or KANBAN) methodology is an asset
- Some knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Power Platform is an asset
- Knowledge of data policy and governance principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to facilitate details and manage multiple customers/LOB's at the same time
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
