About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides a range of analytical, research and assessment support to the development of and enhancements to the enterprise’s KYC programs and processes.
  • Interacts with key stakeholders and third-party service providers to deliver KYC programs that satisfy regulatory requirements.
  • Performs more advanced, complicated, or high visibility job functions aligned with policies, standards, procedures, and job aids.
  • Ensures that work products are fit for purpose and audit/regulator ready.
  • Suggests process improvements to drive better results from efficiency, accuracy, or quality of work product.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2+ years direct experience in financial services or similar industries including fraud, know your customer, anti-money laundering, sanctions screening, or similar roles for new joiners.
  • 6+ years’ experience in an unrelated role involving information fluency, investigation, research, or financial services broadly but not specifically KYC or AML.
  • Strong analytical background
  • Experienced excel capabilities
  • Ability to analyze large data sets in excel
