About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end delivery for TD’s Sales & Operations functions
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a people leadership role
- Solid command of recruiting metrics
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools
