Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in a people leadership role
  • Solid command of recruiting metrics
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools
