About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help small and medium-sized businesses modernize how they accept payments
- Act as a trusted payments and business solutions advisor
- Build a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets
- Engage merchants in conversations about innovation, efficiency, and long-term growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in business development, outbound sales, or merchant acquisition
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, pipeline building, and closing new business opportunities
- Experience or strong interest in Point of Sale (POS), payments, or fintech solutions
- Comfort selling integrated solutions (hardware, software, services, and banking partnerships)
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, territory-based role
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
