About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect data and use data science techniques to uncover insights
- Provide oversight and consultative advice as the lead Data Scientist
- Evaluate technical solutions and lead innovation to solve complex business issues
- Provide strategic and day-to-day direction on CTR program activities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and examinations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 7+ year of relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in an AML or Risk Management background
- Extensive experience on FinCEN Currency Transaction reporting regulation
- Advanced knowledge of best practice of data controls to mitigate data risk in AML
- Strong storytelling, writing (memos, procedures, slides), and presentation skills
