Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives
  • Work independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels
  • Coach other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise
  • Identify, develop, and maintain key linkages with business partners
  • Help senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis
  • Work with line of business team members to resolve issues and problems as necessary
  • Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
  • Add financial value to company by analyzing data and recommending initiatives that positively impact the financial results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
  • 3+ Years of related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Exceptional active listening skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
  • Possess excellent data analysis skills, able to analyze and interpret complex datasets
  • Should have excellent SQL skills
  • Experience working in AML Functions.
