About the role

  • Maintain, enhance, and develop reporting processes, control frameworks, and systems for capital management
  • Produce accurate and timely capital management reporting for internal management, finance/business partners, executive leadership, and external regulators
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, Business Partners, and Regulatory Teams to support capital planning and reporting activities
  • Assist with or conduct capital planning, forecasting, risk identification, and stress testing activities to evaluate capital adequacy and resilience
  • Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support internal management and fulfill external regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and automation of reporting and forecasting functions
  • Ensure appropriate controls, reconciliations, and governance frameworks are in place for capital reports and forecasts
  • Drive continuous improvements to regulatory reporting and forecasting processes and benchmark against industry best practices
  • Manage capital distribution, issuance and redemption processes in accordance with regulatory and internal governance standards
  • Provide mentorship and subject matter expertise to junior and peer team members

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with capital reporting, capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting and capital adequacy requirements
  • Experience implementing controls, reconciliations, and governance frameworks
  • Experience managing capital distribution, issuance and redemption processes
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation
  • Mentorship and subject matter expertise to support junior team members
  • Ability to collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, Business Partners, and Regulatory Teams
  • Creates and maintains user profiles, and monitors and controls remote access to network
