About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage deep technology expertise to ensure all areas across the organization have the necessary tools and processes
- Execute on Engineering strategy related to tools and automation of activities
- Partner with Operations team for automated releases
- Work with partners across Technology to address relevant business needs
- Act as the expert or lead innovator for the programs and services
- Implement best practices for engineering and management
- Manage stakeholder engagement and assess engineering-related requirements
- Monitor and control costs
- Maintain knowledge of external developments and emerging solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- University or post-graduate degree
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- 7 + years relevant experience
