Key responsibilities & impact

Acts as a strategic partner and advisor for a portfolio of business or functional groups
Enables the creation, delivery and measurement of comprehensive learning solutions aligned to strategic business priorities
Develops and supports the implementation of learning strategies to build individual, team and organizational effectiveness at TD
Works in a collaborative fashion with HR partners and business leaders, managing relationships and overall deliverables across multiple phases
Requires critical strategic thinking, and a good balance between understanding TD's Operating Model and program structure and governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
10+ Years of related experience
In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function
Expert communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients
