Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law Clerk designation is required
  • Previous collections and/or mortgage enforcement experience in a law firm or financial institution
  • Sound knowledge of legal/litigation concepts, terminology, and procedures
  • Sound understanding of power of sale process including property management issues, tenancies, evictions, and securement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers in collection
  • Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines
  • General computer literacy (MS Word, MS Internet Explorer)
  • Familiarity with Techcom (RPMS) system is an asset
