Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in a people leadership role
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions and/or Technology roles
  • Solid command of recruiting metrics and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools
