Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a people leadership role
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions and/or Technology roles
- Solid command of recruiting metrics and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools
