About the role
- Manage, lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and work collaboratively with business, technology and finance stakeholders
- Support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies and systems across multiple Lines of Business
- Research, investigate and challenge CCUL issues and tie them to GRC controls; draft new controls if required
- Ensure timely identification of potential risks and regulatory concerns
- Lead requirements management/work packages for Tier 3-4, low to moderate risk and regulatory projects with multiple stakeholders
- Coach and guide team members and work independently as senior/lead business analyst
- Identify and lead problem resolution for complex issues and contribute to communication and change management activities
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Business Analyst Accreditation is an asset
- 5-7 years related business analysis experience
- Strong depth of knowledge and experience in risk mgmt and regulatory compliance
- Experience researching and investigating issues
- Experience tying issues to GRC Controls
- Experience drafting new controls
- Expertise in understanding and analyzing high-risk items for further investigation
- Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices and standards
- Ability to lead requirements management for Tier 3-4, low to moderate risk and regulatory projects
