About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and enhance Compliance Management System (CMS)
  • Manage compliance programs related to risk assessment, exam management, monitoring, reporting, and training
  • Provide advice, support, and guidance on Compliance/Center of Excellence programs
  • Develop and implement Compliance programs and oversight
  • Represent Compliance on internal or external committees as required
  • Conduct meaningful analysis and make recommendations based on findings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Big bank experience and large-scale remediations
  • Knowledge of alphabet soup regulations
  • Experience with multiple products (auto, RE servicing, small business, etc.)
  • Programmatic knowledge of an effective compliance management program
  • CRCM certification a plus
  • Experience with CFPB and OCC examiners helpful
