About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and enhance Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Manage compliance programs related to risk assessment, exam management, monitoring, reporting, and training
- Provide advice, support, and guidance on Compliance/Center of Excellence programs
- Develop and implement Compliance programs and oversight
- Represent Compliance on internal or external committees as required
- Conduct meaningful analysis and make recommendations based on findings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Big bank experience and large-scale remediations
- Knowledge of alphabet soup regulations
- Experience with multiple products (auto, RE servicing, small business, etc.)
- Programmatic knowledge of an effective compliance management program
- CRCM certification a plus
- Experience with CFPB and OCC examiners helpful
