About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • growing profit of the portfolio by deepening existing customer relationships
  • maximizing profitability, revenue and retention of existing relationships by cross selling the full range of products and services
  • administering and monitoring largest portfolio of most complex commercial loans
  • managing loan relationships within the portfolio
  • building revenue to exceed growth goals for the portfolio through cross selling products to existing clients
  • ensuring accuracy within maintenance of Customer records
  • preparing in-depth management reports summarizing portfolio activity
  • administering existing loans to ensure complete conformity with terms and adequacy of documentation
  • performing regular site visits to audit accounts
  • providing technical guidance and assisting staff with most complex aspects of work
  • contributing and providing input to loan decision processes based on evaluation of credit risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Proven understanding of commercial credit decision process
  • Proven credit, financial analysis and accounting skills
  • Proven knowledge of commercial legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Proven Customer service and relationship management skills, including proven track record of building and expanding Customer relationships
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
