About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- growing profit of the portfolio by deepening existing customer relationships
- maximizing profitability, revenue and retention of existing relationships by cross selling the full range of products and services
- administering and monitoring largest portfolio of most complex commercial loans
- managing loan relationships within the portfolio
- building revenue to exceed growth goals for the portfolio through cross selling products to existing clients
- ensuring accuracy within maintenance of Customer records
- preparing in-depth management reports summarizing portfolio activity
- administering existing loans to ensure complete conformity with terms and adequacy of documentation
- performing regular site visits to audit accounts
- providing technical guidance and assisting staff with most complex aspects of work
- contributing and providing input to loan decision processes based on evaluation of credit risk
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years related experience
- Proven understanding of commercial credit decision process
- Proven credit, financial analysis and accounting skills
- Proven knowledge of commercial legal and regulatory guidelines
- Proven Customer service and relationship management skills, including proven track record of building and expanding Customer relationships
- Proven attention to detail
- Proven supervisory skills
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
