Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of a regulatory compliance program
Manages compliance aspects of applicable laws and regulations
Interacts with senior management to develop policies and procedures
Provides people management leadership by hiring talent and managing performance
Oversees regulatory change and provides reports to leadership
Acts as a Compliance executive lead on various projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
10 years related experience required
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), law degree, regulatory, or risk management experience a plus
Extensive Operational knowledge in regulatory requirements
Strong management experience leading regulatory compliance activities
Experience establishing and implementing effective regulatory strategies, policies and plans
