About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of a regulatory compliance program
- Manages compliance aspects of applicable laws and regulations
- Interacts with senior management to develop policies and procedures
- Provides people management leadership by hiring talent and managing performance
- Oversees regulatory change and provides reports to leadership
- Acts as a Compliance executive lead on various projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 10 years related experience required
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), law degree, regulatory, or risk management experience a plus
- Extensive Operational knowledge in regulatory requirements
- Strong management experience leading regulatory compliance activities
- Experience establishing and implementing effective regulatory strategies, policies and plans
