About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advice, support and objective guidance to assigned portfolio, business or function on development and maintenance of all aspects of Compliance/Center of Excellence programs in line with the Bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction
  • Ensure adherence to consumer regulations and internal standards, related to mortgage and home equity products
  • Collaborate closely with sales, underwriting, processing, and capital markets teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Regulatory Compliance Manager/lead current work experience in Mortgage and/or Home Equity Lending
  • Prefer knowledge/work experience with Mortgage and Home Equity products including sales and marketing, application processing, and loan fulfillment
  • Prefer candidate who has obtained CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) designation.
