About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support
- Manage and process overdrafts and prepare packages for review
- Assist with processing covenant compliance for Credit Management approval
- Monitor loan and deposit accounts
- Assist Relationship Managers in closing loans and preparing loan closing packages
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2+ years related experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, and loan documentation
- Strong Customer service skills
- PC skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
