About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides a range of administrative, analytical and project support
  • Conducts complete analysis including data gathering and validation; may be required to present findings
  • Accesses, compiles, verifies and presents data, efficiently and accurately, in a clear and meaningful way
  • Tracks statistical data relating to existing programs; creates and produces reports and documentation
  • Independently gathers and presents data / information
  • Understands processes / procedures in own specialized area
  • May be a contact for assigned project / process which is limited in scope and complexity
  • Coordinates internal and external research projects as required
  • Supports the Business in Managing HR Issues
  • Ensures ongoing communication with the team on the status / progress of projects and issues / points of interest
  • Participates in action planning to address employee survey results
  • Contributes to projects and activities as directed, including process improvements, special projects and reporting
  • Implements HR Programs
  • Contributes to the implementation of new programs through coordination and research
  • Participates in post implementation reviews by collecting and analyzing information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 Year Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 Years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, particularly Word and Excel
