About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve customer segments using behavioral, transactional, and attitudinal data
- Own end-to-end segmentation strategy
- Turn customer data into actionable audiences
- Embed segmentation into campaigns and media
- Influence senior stakeholders to adopt a segmentation-first mindset
- Mentor and guide marketing teams in strategy execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines and strategy development
- Advanced knowledge of customer and brand research techniques
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
- Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities
- Skill in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods
- Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
- Ability to manage a budget and work within budget constraints
