About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end execution of the Global Delivery intake process
- Perform validation of intake submissions to ensure completeness
- Coordinate with requestors to resolve data gaps
- Maintain intake trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Prepare standard intake summaries and supporting materials for governance reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant business management, operations experience
- Experience with workforce planning, resource or vendor management, or cost reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized and process-oriented
