About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide enterprise level ownership and technical authority for audiovisual and collaboration technologies across the London office estate.
- Ensure stability, resilience and risk management of AV platforms supporting executive leadership and business critical operations.
- Define standards, govern design, and support strategic improvement initiatives.
- Act as the final technical escalation point for complex AV issues.
- Maintain continuity of knowledge, documentation, and service capability throughout the contract term.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience operating as a senior AV or Workplace Technology specialist in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Cisco collaboration technologies.
- Strong enterprise experience supporting Webex platforms.
- Hands on experience with Neat Boards and modern collaboration room solutions.
- Expert level knowledge of Crestron control systems and integrations.
- Strong understanding of AV, network and infrastructure dependencies.
- Proven experience supporting executive, client and business critical meetings.
