About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the direct management of a team of Financial Advisors
- Key objectives include hiring, on-boarding and managing the day to day activities of the FAs
- Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and mentoring Financial Advisors
- Act as the principal over the activity of the FAs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Increase Mass Affluent product sales productivity and referral productivity through active coaching
- Develop strong relationships with Wealth and Retail leadership for store coverage alignment
- Responsible for supporting complex product sales suitability and client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 - 10+ years related experience
- Required Licenses or Registrations: Life/Health, Series 65, 7 and 24
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven managerial skills
- Previous sales/leadership experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and effective project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience performing complex financial, statistical and budgetary analyses
