About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and operating model for DevSecOps and CI/CD platforms
- Lead and develop engineering managers and senior technologists
- Set enterprise reference architectures, standards, and guardrails
- Govern tooling decisions and platform modernization
- Define and operate enterprise CI/CD platform services
- Embed security-by-design and an enterprise shift-left program
- Partner with Security, Risk, Audit, and Compliance to define control requirements
- Provide architectural oversight for cloud and platform foundations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, or SRE
- 5+ years leading managers and senior technical talent
- Proven experience owning an enterprise CI/CD or developer platform strategy
- Strong knowledge of secure SDLC practices
- Experience operating reliable services with SLOs/SLAs
