About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Orchestrates planning and execution oversight for consumer and small business payments scope
- Manages payments change portfolio, ensuring initiatives funding and spend forecasts align
- Drives the execution of payment capabilities through timely project delivery
- Communicates program activities and project status to stakeholders
- Establishes compliance/risk controls and evaluates risk mitigation efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years' experience required
- PMP Certification or equivalent required
- Previous management experience with the ability to coach, counsel, and train technical staff
- Ability to translate technical information for nontechnical users
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including task and responsibility delegation
- In depth knowledge of business line business model, operations, and related processes
