About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain calendar management for multiple leaders
- Coordinate travel for leaders and support travel delays
- Process expenses ensuring timely completion
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities for team members
- Assist in coordinating in-office or virtual meetings, townhalls or offsite events
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in completing ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Inform immediate team regularly on project status
- Provide vacation/temporary coverage for colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility to coordinate processes and information
- Ability to collaborate with other Executive Assistants, in addition to internal and external partners
- Can perform efficiently in a multi-task environment and ensure deadlines are met
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing frequent changes
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accountabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively
- Strong judgment skills and discretion when working with confidential information
