About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day to day activities of 12-15 Mortgage or Home Equity Processors
- Oversee processing including pipeline management and workflow
- Ensure established policy and procedure is followed
- Provide training and/or guidance to team members and sales staff
- Support TD Bank's mission and operational metrics
- Coaches and mentors staff and ensures employees are properly trained
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ Years Residential Mortgage or Consumer Lending loan experience of conventional, FHA, and VA loans or Consumer Loan experience
- Must have management experience 2+ years
- Extensive working knowledge of residential loan documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and possessing excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of regulatory, Investor and departmental policies for compliance and residential lending laws
