About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides technology-based customer service support
- Conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents/issues
- Investigates problems beyond own area of knowledge
- Prioritizes and may assign problems and service issues to other team members
- Co-ordinates problem resolution and the implementation of changes
- Integrates all sources of information when providing assistance to clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Ability to work 5x a week any day of the week, 40 hours in total and reside locally to Lexington, South Carolina
