About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the end to end management of assigned products, services, and programs
  • Formulate strategy, policy, and overall direction for product portfolio
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for product-related inquiries
  • Develop and implement products/policies and procedures
  • Build value proposition and map required investments
  • Develop and maintain understanding of regulatory requirements, customer, market, and industry
  • Ensure effective delivery of products and services to the customer
  • Conduct ongoing industry and competitive analysis to obtain market insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or product certificate
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Previous Product experience required
  • Experience in leading strategy strongly recommended
  • Advanced knowledge of product research, analysis, development, forecasting, pricing
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Familiarity with industry developments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and Correspondent Banking
