About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and develop team(s) of specialists and/or managers conducting independent Compliance testing
- Provide guidance, leadership, coaching, and development to achieve operational results
- Responsible for the timely execution of the Compliance testing plan
- Typically deal with senior/executive management in communicating Compliance testing results
- Manage and prioritize the team to deliver on multiple reviews and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Prior experience managing teams of compliance testing specialists and/or managers
- Detail oriented and well-developed organizational, time management and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- CRCM certification preferred
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
- Ability to research, interpret and summarize relevant regulatory expectations, laws, regulations and impacts to Compliance Program elements
