About the role
- Leads and develops a team of professionals providing oversight and expert regulatory guidance
- Oversees the timely execution of client due diligence reviews
- Provides guidance, leadership, coaching, and development to ensure operational results
- Manages daily operations and participates in KYC Ops-focused special projects
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 3+ years of direct management experience in financial services or similar industries
- 6+ years' direct management experience in an unrelated role involving information fluency, investigation, or financial services broadly
- Deep KYC SME background and Internal Systems experience preferred
- Experience managing a team of 8-9 analysts HIGHLY preferred
