About the role
- Ensure that development teams are creating value through customer-focused product increments
- Align with other Product Owners and senior management
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Manage delivery blockers
- Continuously assess customer feedback
- Consider ways to maximize value and improve delivery processes
- Promote teamwork and handle disciplinary actions as required
- Provide leadership guidance and collaborate with business
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate required
- Graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience
- 5-7 years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
