- Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned clients/internal partners
- Direct and guide on optimal technology solutions to meet business needs
- Manage a team of IT professionals
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from requirements to deployment
- Ensure solutions adhere to bank architecture and operational standards
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years related experience
- Expert knowledge of business and bank technology standards
- Sound knowledge of external competition and industry trends
- Experience with Actimize CTR modules and AML platforms preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle, Azure, cloud environments, or containerized deployments
