About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Opens new commercial deposit accounts
- Processes account change requests for existing commercial deposit accounts (i.e. change in signing authority)
- Opens additional accounts for existing customers via Letter Of Direction
- Obtains/compiles required supporting documentation
- Follows AML, regulatory & legal compliance requirements
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to provide quality customer service
- Must demonstrate the ability to be resourceful and proactive in their approach to Partner and Customer Problem Resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work efficiently to meet individual and team driven benchmarks
- Conscientious and detail oriented to mitigate any risk to the bank
- Ability to review and understand complex legal documents
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work closely in a team environment
- Ability to take ownership of a situation
- Customer service experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of Host applications and C3 considered an asset
- Bilingual (French) would be considered an asset
